Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

We accept the majority of insurance plans. Please contact our office for a complete list of providers.

Can x-rays be done in your Division?

We have on-site CT, MRI, X-ray and Ultrasound and have access to a world-class gait lab that allows imaging and solution planning for the more complex neurological and reconstructive problems.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm

What should I bring to my appointment?

• Driver's License or State ID
• Referral if required by your insurer,
• Insurance information
• Copies of operation records, medical records, x-rays, MRIs, CT scans and so on from prior doctor visits.
